"Ho soggiornato in questo hotel per la posizione strategica rispetto ai miei impegni, ma l'esperienza è stata pessima. Ecco i motivi principale della mia insoddisfazione: Camera e Comfort: Avevamo richiesto un letto matrimoniale, ma ci sono stati assegnati due letti singoli semplicemente accostati, soluzione scomoda e poco professionale. Inoltre, trovo assurdo che le finestre non si possano aprire autonomamente: bisogna chiamare il personale ogni volta, il che toglie ogni privacy e libertà. Colazione inaccettabile: Per un hotel a 4 stelle, la qualità è imbarazzante. è incredibile che vengano chiesti 6 euro extra per delle semplici uova. Servizio bar/caffetteria: Ho provato a usare la macchinetta del caffè tre volte senza successo. Quando ho chiesto aiuto al personale, mi è stato detto con sufficienza che non funzionava.Mi ha poi preparato lui un caffè al vetro: avevo chiesto un caffè normale, ma mi è stato servito un caffè bassissimo, quasi un fondo di tazza. Poca attenzione al cliente, servizi non all'altezza della categoria e colazione scadente. Sconsigliatissimo."

Eccellente localizzazione, buon atendimento, collazione molto diversa com buona varietà. Facile parcheggiare e buona offerta di restaurante

酒店一百多年历史，设备很老旧，但是地理位置绝佳，离中央公园，时代广场，第五大道，都是步行可到达，非常方便

In New York you are close to all you need but DaVinci had a lovely space and early coffee service- ease to Carnegie Hall and Central Park

For the price & how close it is to time square which is connected to everything it can’t be beat. It was comfortable cozy, and the staff was always greeting us with a smile. The only thing I would have to say is the floors are very thin so you can hear very early in the morning harsh foot slaps above you.

This is a small hotel that is clean but falling behind a bit on maintenance. The chain lock on my door was broken, there was some questionable stains on the room chair and a piece of wood grain vinyl flooring was being used like a floor rug between the beds. It’s quiet and in a good location, but could use some work.

Gute Lage, sauber. Fürs reine übernachten super. Gegend ist auch nett. Kissen sind leider gigantisch gro?, das ist das einzige was man bem?ngeln kann. Frühstück oke.

Not ADA friendly Room was tiny. Walking the hall from elevator to room, the hall floor was uneven. Shower head wasn't adjustable and shot water out the curtain onto floor. AC wasn't working, got ants in the room.
